Help us build and operate the infrastructure that enables secure software development. As part of our Product Engineering organization, you'll work on CI/CD, automation, internal tooling, and platform operations to support engineering teams.

This position is offered via our global employment partner Remote.com, as we currently do not have a local legal entity in Czechia. You will work fully integrated with our team while being locally employed through Remote.com in compliance with local labor regulations.

Build and maintain infrastructure for development and CI/CD
Automate workflows with Python, Go, Bash, and YAML
Develop and operate internal tooling and platforms
Improve deployment, testing, and release automation
Provide and manage data for engineering and analysis

What you offer

Several years (3+) of experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, or similar role, ideally in a software development environment
Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and modern software delivery practices
Experience administering Linux-based systems
Good understanding of networking fundamentals and relational databases
Experience with scripting and automation, preferably using Python or Bash
Experience with container technologies and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and Helm (or a strong willingness to learn)
A structured, proactive, and self-driven way of working
Passion for improving automation, reliability, and developer experience
Strong collaboration and communication skills in English (German would be a plus), with the ability to work effectively across development and operations teams
