• Partner with data engineering teams to define ingestion requirements, establish data quality standards, and build reconciliation logic for carrier bordereaux, system-generated reports, and claims TPA reporting.
• Drive execution of the Centralize Carrier Reporting workstream within the Cornerstone data initiative, ensuring all carrier report types are fully integrated into the Cornerstone ingestion pipeline.
• Support Power BI dashboard development by ensuring underlying data is complete, well-structured, and consistently reconciled for reporting use.
• Produce and enhance reporting packages for external capital partners, including investors and capacity carriers, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Own the Quarterly Transaction Report process under the Cornerstone Capacity Agreement, coordinating with the reinsurance broker on aggregate reporting obligations and ensuring fee calculation inputs are correct and auditable.
• Partner with the treaty documentation function to ensure carrier and facility reporting is tied to an accurate, up-to-date treaty register.
• Maintain a complete, auditable record of participation percentages, premium caps, treaty periods, and reporting obligations across all active vehicles and carrier relationships.
• Support the Power Apps/Dataverse treaty management implementation by defining reporting-layer requirements and data linkages to the Cornerstone EDW.
• Develop and maintain a suite of management information outputs covering GWP flows, capacity utilization, loss ratios, and profit commission tracking across all facilities, structured for both internal and external stakeholder audiences.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Operations Analysts; define team roles, workflows, and accountability structures as the platform scales.
• Serve as the escalation point within the reporting function for data quality issues, carrier disputes, and deadline-critical deliverables.
• Partner with the Head of Risk Solutions Operations & Strategic Planning to identify resourcing gaps and support future hiring decisions within the function.

• Hands-on experience with data reconciliation, EDW environments, and BI tooling; Databricks and Power BI experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team, with the ability to support analyst development, provide oversight, and design effective day-to-day workflows.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive modernization efforts while keeping core reporting operations running smoothly.
• Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working in a build environment where processes are still being shaped and refined.
• Working knowledge of Lloyd’s reporting conventions and/or ILS operational requirements preferred.
• Familiarity with AIM, EPIC, Omega, or comparable insurance operating systems preferred.
• No specific certifications required; CPCU, ARM, or equivalent designations are a plus.
