Field Sales Manager Horeca / Restaurants – 80K OTE

Headcount: 2 Field Sales posities

Voor een toonaangevende Europese speler in de restaurant- en hospitalitymarkt zoeken wij 2 Field Sales Managers die graag onderweg zijn en energie krijgen van persoonlijke gesprekken met restauranthouders.

Je helpt restaurants groeien door meer zichtbaarheid, reserveringen en terugkerende gasten te realiseren. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het volledige salesproces in jouw regio en bouwt duurzame relaties op met horecaondernemers.

Wat ga jij doen?

  • Je bezoekt restaurants actief in jouw regio (field sales)

  • Je combineert warme leads met eigen acquisitie

  • Je spreekt direct met ondernemers en beslissers

  • Je beheert het volledige salesproces: van eerste gesprek tot closing

  • Je bouwt een sterke klantenportefeuille op in jouw regio

  • Je signaleert lokale kansen en speelt hier commercieel op in

Wat breng jij mee?

  • Ervaring in B2B sales, field sales of hospitality sales

  • Je bent zelfstandig, ondernemend en commercieel ingesteld

  • Je voelt je comfortabel in face-to-face salesgesprekken

  • Affiniteit met horeca, platforms of SaaS is een pré

  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands (Engels is een plus)

  • Totaal pakket tot 80.000 euro p/j.
  • Basissalaris: €40.000 - 50.000 + 60% bonus
