 The opportunity

Ensure that daily production goals are met executing & maintaining Lean Manufacturing, creating Production process reports.

The ideal candidate must enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. He or she must be flexible to accommodate business requirements and experience in working with diverse groups and cultures. The ability to multitask & delivers within timelines is essential. The candidate will have excellent communications skills.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Executing & maintaining Lean Manufacturing,

  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, 5S, DMAIC etc. Experience in Planning the work schedule & Managing the Shift & getting desired output by the team.

  • Assign duties to Employees, Trainees and oversee their progress. Ensure that daily production goals are met.

  • Creating Production process reports.

  • Identify issues & efficiency and suggest improvements. Train and integrate new Operators.

  • Full understanding of industry Safety standards.

  • Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Education: B.E/ B. Tech Electrical & Electronics.

  • 3+ years of Experience in relevant field.

  • Diploma – Electrical & Electronics.

  • 5+ years of Experience in relevant field.

  • Technical Qualification - Engineering Handling the Trainees & getting work done.

  • Understanding of industry Safety standards.

  • GEMBA Board & Chart Shift wise Production Data, Safety Incident reports in Intelex, daily management (Tier-1 & Tier-2).

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
