Overview:

What's The Role

 

This is a client-facing role responsible for delivering first- and second-level technical support to internal and external customers. The successful candidate will report directly to their assigned supervisor and play a key role in maintaining high nservice standards.


The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, effective problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to service delivery. This role requires flexibility, as the engineer will participate in an on-call rotation and work scheduled rotational shifts to support operational requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and BitLocker deployments.
  • Install, configure, and support PCs, laptops, printers, and MFP devices.
  • Administer Active Directory, Group Policies, and Veeam Backup.
  • Monitor and maintain anti-virus solutions and remote desktop environments (Citrix/MS RDS).
  • Provide end-user support in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist in IT project delivery and documentation

Qualifications:

Knowledge & Experience

  • BSC in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT firm or Value-Added Reseller (VAR).
  • Strong technical documentation abilities.
  • Microsoft 365 certification and hands-on experiencenwith Office 365/Azure/Intune.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10 or higher, Active Directory, and Group Policy management.
  • Experience with Veeam Backup, anti-virus solutions, and BitLocker encryption.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for HP, Dell, and Lenovo hardware.
  • Knowledge of printer/MFP support and remote desktopnenvironments (Citrix/MS RDS).
  • Excellent client-facing communication and project delivery skills.
  • Strong technical expertise, e􀆯ective problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
