Director, Delivery Management

What success looks like in this role:

• Oversees Delivery Management teams, leaders and processes.
• Ensures processes are in place and followed to effectively manage delivery projects, promote value-added client relationship management, oversee budget execution, manage costs and ensure service delivery in accordance with quality standards and service level agreements.
• Leads the execution and delivery of multiple / diverse / complex projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, financial goals and quality standards.
• Manages project and service delivery budgets, ensuring effective cost control and alignment with financial targets.
• Provides regular updates for senior leadership, tracking project expenses, profitability and overall health.
• Identifies and manages project risks, ensuring measures are in place to address challenges and manage project / scope change.
• Handles escalations, resolving risks arising during the project lifecycle and ensuring minimal impact on service delivery.
• Manages the performance of any 3rd Party providers and sub-contractors in order to ensure the implementation of deliverables.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 8-10 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Graduate degree preferred
4-6 years’ leadership experience
