Job Description

  • Drives business value of own (sub-) process depending on overall process strategy
  • Communicates and implements continuously the (sub-) process production (fine) planning (Plan to Produce) on global level
  • Take care of all Plan to Produce deployment tasks in rollout project, incl. implementation of PP/DS
  • Aligns and adapts the (sub-) process changes including requirements from users, norms, standards and other processes
  • Support definition of the roadmap to roll-out and increase the maturity level of the (sub-) process Plan to Produce
  • Secure a sustainable implementation and compliance of the process standards
  • Drive digitalization and automation in planning related processes, incl. implementation of standardized Industry 4.0 solution sets
  • Monitor relevant key performance indicators, initiate and manage implementation and transformation programs to build or improve processes/capabilities
  • Train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes
  • Intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Several years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly within the Production Planning (PP) and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) modules.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes, gained through academic studies and professional experience.
  • Several years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, particularly within the Production Planning (PP) and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) modules.
  • Extensive experience with planning processes acquired through project delivery and/or operational environments.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong focus on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Passion for digital transformation and a shared vision of a flexible, efficient, and AI-enabled future supply chain.
  • Ability and willingness to work in an international environment and travel regularly as required.
  • Demonstrated initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enthusiasm in achieving business objectives.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
