Job Description

• Execute project management activities, including regular project meetings, risk assessments, release gate preparations, and related governance tasks.
• Gather and analyze business requirements in collaboration with Process Experts for Kinaxis Maestro and ERP solutions.
• Communicate project status, risks, and key updates to stakeholders and management through presentations and status reports.
• Participate in change impact analyses during business discussions and provide the necessary inputs throughout all project phases.
• Coordinate and support ERP (SAP or similar) testing activities, data migration processes, and end-user training initiatives.
• Organize, facilitate, and moderate business process discussions, workshops, and process definition sessions.
• Coordinate and support testing activities, data migration processes, and end-user training initiatives.
• Organize and support data cleansing, data validation, and analytics activities.
• Schedule and facilitate stakeholder review meetings to ensure alignment and decision-making.
• Create, maintain, and update project and process documentation.
• Prepare and deliver monthly project status reports.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project timelines, milestones, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Information Technology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Several years of professional experience in Supply Chain Consulting, Implementation or Supply Chain Management
• Strategic thinker with a strong mindset for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Passion for and commitment to a vision of a digitalized, flexible, efficient, and AI-enabled Supply Chain of the future.
• Proven experience leading projects related to IT implementations and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong business expertise in planning processes and systems (SAP preferred), gained through project work and/or operational roles.
• Willingness to work in an international environment and travel regularly as required.
• Demonstrated initiative, persuasiveness, assertiveness, and enthusiasm.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional and international teams.
• Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn, adapt, take ownership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
