Job description

We are hiring an execution-focused Operations & Systems Implementation Specialist with light build-strategy capability. This role bridges strategy and execution: interpreting scopes, identifying the right system structure, and then building it end-to-end across tools. The focus is on turning ideas into working systems.

 

Core Responsibilities

- Interpret project scopes and determine the most practical system structure before building

- Implement operational systems across project management, documentation, and automation tools

- Design workflows, task hierarchies, templates, and SOPs that match real usage

- Translate Looms, voice notes, chats, and meetings into structured systems and documentation

- Break down projects into actionable tasks, timelines, and dependencies

- Identify inefficiencies and simplify overbuilt or unclear systems

Requirements

- Proven experience implementing systems across tools (ClickUp, Notion, Asana, Airtable, etc.)

- Ability to think through build strategy before execution (structure, logic, tradeoffs)

- Strong documentation and written English skills

- High attention to detail with a practical, execution-first mindset

- Ability to work independently from scopes with minimal hand-holding

- Google, clickup, crms, n8n / zappier/ make.com

Preferred Skills

- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make.com)

- Familiarity with AI tools and structuring systems for AI usage

- Experience supporting founders, agencies, or fast-moving teams

 

Role Type & Expectations

- Part-time (10–20 hours/week) to start

- Fully remote
