RemoteVA PH is hiring a meticulous Logistics Data Entry Virtual Assistant who will be integral to our logistics operations by handling data entry tasks related to inventory, shipments, and order processing. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and experience with logistics software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and maintain logistics data in the company's databases and systems.
  • Update order information, shipping details, and inventory levels in real-time.
  • Verify and cross-reference data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in generating reports related to shipping, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly to ensure the integrity of logistics operations.
  • Support the logistics team in administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with team members regarding any data-related issues, updates, or changes.
