Job description

RemoteVA PH is seeking a detail-oriented Apparel Data Entry Specialist (A2000 Program). This role is essential in maintaining accurate, consistent, and organized data across systems. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, and skilled in data entry tools, with hands-on experience in creating purchase orders and setting up items in A2000 software

Key Responsibilities

-Input, update, and maintain accurate product, sales, and inventory data in company systems.

-Ensure consistency and accuracy of records across the A2000 Program and MS Excel.

-Create and process Purchase Orders (P.O.s).

-Set up new items in the A2000 software, ensuring all product details and attributes are correct.

-Verify, cross-check, and correct data to prevent errors.

-Generate, organize, and maintain reports for management review.

-Collaborate with internal teams to meet data requirements.

-Protect sensitive company information by following confidentiality protocols

Requirements

Qualifications

-Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar administrative role.

-Proficiency in MS Excel and data management software.

-Familiarity with the A2000 Program (required).

-Experience in P.O. creation and item setup preferred.

-Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

-Excellent communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
