About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Broker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quoting new policies, expanding to new carriers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and insurance providers. You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive the best coverage options tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Quote and issue new insurance policies across multiple lines.
  • Research and establish partnerships with new insurance carriers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and underwriting guidelines.
  • Advise clients on suitable insurance plans based on their needs and financial situation.
  • Negotiate terms and coverage with carriers to ensure competitive pricing and client satisfaction.
  • Handle renewals, endorsements, and policy servicing efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable service.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in an insurance firm or brokerage.
  • Proven experience in quoting and policy management.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products and carrier networks.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
