The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating spreadsheets and charts, managing calendars, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination of executive-level activities.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support to the department head
  • Create and maintain basic spreadsheets and charts for reporting and tracking purposes
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and events; send out calendar invites and reminders
  • Organize and maintain digital files and documentation
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed
