Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Expert to support our organization in optimizing system functionality and implementing customized reporting solutions. This role involves hands-on collaboration with business leaders to streamline workflows, enhance financial reporting, and ensure seamless navigation through the Dynamics 365 Business Central platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central modules.
  • Design and implement tailored reporting solutions based on operational and financial requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to internal teams on system usage and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, performing updates and maintenance when required.
  • Document system changes, configurations, and training materials.

Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Expertise in custom reporting, financial modules, and integration strategies.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and SQL for reporting and data analytics.
  • Knowledge of business process workflows and ERP implementation.
  • Ability to diagnose system performance issues and apply corrective measures.
