If you're experienced in AppSheet development and enjoy supporting and troubleshooting smart business solutions, this is the perfect role for you.

Job Description:

As an AppSheet Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance, maintenance, and support to our clients' AppSheet-based applications. You will collaborate with developers and end-users to ensure optimal performance, data accuracy, and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

-Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing AppSheet applications

-Support end-users with technical issues related to AppSheet and Google Sheets integration

-Provide recommendations for improvements and automation

-Assist in deploying updates, testing new features, and ensuring data reliability

-Document issues, resolutions, and changes in workflows

-Collaborate with team members and clients to understand requirements and deliver effective support

Requirements

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in AppSheet development and technical support

-Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and data structure logic

-Analytical thinker and problem-solver with strong communication skills

-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

-Experience working with international clients is a plus
