Job description

We are looking for Bookkeeper/Assistant will be responsible for managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, supporting financial operations, and providing administrative assistance. This dual role requires proficiency in accounting practices, data entry, and general office support to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
  • Assist with payroll processing and maintaining employee records.
  • Prepare and generate financial reports (e.g., profit & loss statements, balance sheets).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho Books).
  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and document management.
  • Coordinate with external accountants and auditors as needed.
  • Support other departments with administrative tasks and special projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in accounting software ( quickbooks online and desktop )
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • [Optional] Experience with payroll processing and financial reporting is a plus.
