Job description

We are looking for a Figma Designer & Personal Assistant (Marketing) to join our team. This role requires a creative individual who can design marketing materials using Figma, assist with administrative tasks, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Marketing Support:
    • Create and edit designs using Figma for marketing materials, social media, and presentations.
    • Assist in developing branding assets and promotional content.
    • Help with digital marketing tasks such as email campaigns and social media content.
  • Personal Assistant Duties:
    • Manage schedules, meetings, and communications.
    • Organize files and documents using MS Office and Google Workspace.
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
    • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Figma for design work.
  • Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Background in marketing or familiarity with marketing strategies is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
