Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Cold Caller with sales experience to join our real estate team. This role involves reaching out to potential real estate sellers, generating leads, and building relationships to facilitate property sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales background, and the ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential real estate sellers to introduce our services and identify selling opportunities.
  • Generate and qualify leads through effective communication and persuasion techniques.

  • Provide information about our real estate services, answer inquiries, and address concerns of potential sellers.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Provide regular feedback to the team on the quality of leads and sales process improvements.
  • Stay updated with real estate market trends and industry developments.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive abilities and confidence in making outbound calls.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
