Location: Iligan, Northern Mindanao, Philippines

Job Description: We're seeking a skilled 3D Renderer to join our dynamic team. This role involves creating high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings using Keyshot and Revit software. As a 3D Renderer, you will collaborate with designers, architects, and engineers to bring concepts to life and enhance project presentations with photorealistic imagery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed 3D renderings and visualizations using Keyshot and Revit
• Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and objectives
• Create and refine 3D models to accurately represent design concepts
• Produce high-quality, photorealistic renderings for project presentations and marketing materials
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of all rendered images
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in 3D rendering

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in 3D rendering and visualization
• Proficiency in Keyshot and Revit software
• Strong understanding of lighting, shading, and texturing techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other rendering software such as V-Ray or Lumion
• Knowledge of animation and motion graphics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
