Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fast worker, proficient in English, and possess strong writing skills.

Order Processing:

  • Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Manage order status updates and resolve any order-related issues.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and restock items as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits.

Customer Service:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide excellent customer support through various channels (email, chat, phone).

Data Entry and Analysis:

  • Accurately input and update data in our proprietary software and Excel spreadsheets.
  • Analyze sales data and identify trends to optimize operations.

Content Creation:

  • Assist in creating product descriptions, marketing copy, and other online content.

Other Duties as Assigned:

  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the e-commerce team.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Has experience in USA E-Commerce

Has Experience in creating/editing Newsletters

Has experience in MS Office especially in Excel
