Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Remote work

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves making cold calls, setting up appointments, and nurturing leads to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce company products/services
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
  • Follow up with leads and maintain a high level of customer engagement
  • Understand customer needs and provide relevant information about products/services
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, appointments, and lead conversions
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales or telemarketing role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and a persuasive approach
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience in B2B sales or a similar industry
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
