Content Branding Specialist

Job Overview

Our client is one of Italy's leading dental business coaching and consulting organisations, dedicated to helping dentists transform their practices into highly profitable, systemised businesses.

As part of an ambitious growth strategy, they are expanding their Marketing Team and are seeking a creative and strategic Content Branding Specialist to develop and execute engaging content that strengthens the organisation's brand presence and attracts prospective clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a content professional who is passionate about storytelling, branding and digital marketing. You will play a key role in shaping how the organisation communicates across multiple platforms, ensuring every piece of content reinforces the company's values, expertise and market position.

Please note: This role supports an Italian business. Candidates must be fluent in Italian (written and spoken), with a good command of English, as they will work closely with an Italian-speaking team. Working hours will align with Italian business hours (CET/CEST).

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Brand Development

  • Create and publish high-value content that attracts, engages and nurtures prospective clients.
  • Ensure consistent publication of content across the company's selected communication channels.
  • Strengthen brand awareness and reinforce the market positioning of the organisation and its leadership.
  • Develop compelling content that builds trust and enhances audience engagement.

Editorial Planning & Content Management

  • Collaborate with the Branding Team and Direct Response Marketing Team to develop and execute the editorial content strategy.
  • Manage and maintain the editorial calendar across social media, websites, email campaigns and other digital platforms.
  • Ensure all published content aligns with internal brand guidelines, messaging and quality standards.
  • Coordinate content production to meet campaign deadlines and business objectives.

Event Content & Campaign Support

  • Provide comprehensive content coverage for live events through the creation and timely publication of engaging content.
  • Capture and share content that maximises event visibility, audience engagement and post-event momentum.
  • Support marketing campaigns with creative content across multiple digital channels.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging across all communications.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Research industry trends and content marketing best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve content performance, audience engagement and brand visibility.
  • Recommend new content formats, channels and creative approaches that support business growth.

Qualifications & Experience

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Fluent Italian (written and spoken) – essential.
  • Good command of English.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Content Marketing, Brand Marketing, Copywriting or a similar role.
  • Proven experience creating engaging content across multiple digital platforms.
  • Strong copywriting, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Experience managing editorial calendars and content schedules.
  • Excellent understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A creative mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

Desirable Skills

  • Experience using content management systems (CMS).
  • SEO copywriting and content optimisation.
  • Email marketing platforms.
  • Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Basic video editing skills.
  • Google Analytics.
  • AI-powered content creation and productivity tools.
  • Experience within coaching, education or professional services.
