Senior Brand Designer
Job Overview
Are you a commercially-minded designer who understands that great design does more than look impressive—it influences buying decisions, communicates value, and strengthens brand perception?
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Brand Designer to join a fast-growing UK business that helps entrepreneurs scale through live events, coaching programmes, digital products, software, and online education.
This is not a traditional graphic design role. We are looking for a highly creative professional who combines outstanding visual design skills with strong commercial awareness. You will play a key role in helping build one of the most recognisable premium brands in the UK business education industry, creating high-impact marketing assets that drive registrations, enquiries, engagement, and sales.
Working closely with the Head of Brand and wider marketing team, you will bring campaigns, products, and ideas to life through world-class creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Design

  • Create premium-quality marketing assets that are visually compelling and commercially effective.
  • Maintain and strengthen the company’s visual identity across all customer touchpoints.
  • Ensure consistency with established brand guidelines while contributing to the ongoing development of the brand.
  • Protect and enhance the premium positioning of the business.

Marketing Campaigns
Design creative assets for:

  • Landing pages
  • Sales pages
  • Live events
  • Webinar campaigns
  • Social media content
  • Paid advertising campaigns
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Presentation decks
  • Brochures
  • Lead magnets
  • Course materials
  • Digital products
  • Print collateral

Product Launches
Support the launch of new products and initiatives by creating:

  • Hero graphics
  • Product mock-ups
  • Framework visuals
  • Custom icons
  • Logos and visual identities
  • Campaign creative
  • Launch assets
  • Sales-focused visual materials

Creative Execution

  • Interpret creative briefs quickly and confidently.
  • Deliver high-quality work with minimal revisions.
  • Contribute ideas and creative solutions beyond the initial brief.
  • Translate complex concepts into visually engaging and commercially effective designs.

Brand Consistency
Work closely with the Head of Brand to ensure consistency across:

  • Typography
  • Colour palettes
  • Layout systems
  • Visual hierarchy
  • Iconography
  • Overall brand architecture

Speed and Responsiveness

  • Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Deliver high-quality creative work within tight deadlines.
  • Respond promptly to feedback and changing business priorities.
  • Consistently maintain quality while working at speed.

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
• Extensive experience in brand, graphic, or marketing design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating commercially focused design work.
• Proven experience creating marketing assets that support lead generation, event registrations, enquiries, and sales.
• Strong understanding of:
Brand design
Marketing design
Typography
Layout and composition

Advertising creative
Product branding

Premium brand positioning
• Advanced proficiency in:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Figma
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
• Stable, high-speed internet connection.
Highly Advantageous
• Experience designing for:
Direct-response marketing businesses
Coaching or education companies
SaaS businesses
Digital marketing agencies
Premium consumer brands
Entrepreneurial growth companies
• Experience using Canva.
• Understanding of conversion-focused marketing principles.

Within your first 90 days, you will:

  • Develop a strong understanding of the brand and visual identity.
  • Deliver design requests with speed and consistency.
  • Produce high-quality creative across multiple marketing campaigns.
  • Create premium branding for new products, events, and launches.
  • Improve consistency across marketing materials.
  • Become a trusted creative partner who contributes ideas as well as execution.

Working Pattern

  • Approximately 16 hours per week.
  • Around 4 hours per day across 4 working days.
  • Long-term opportunity.
  • Flexible remote working arrangement.
