Job Overview

Royal Unibrew Canada/Bruce Ashley Group is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales growth, expand distribution, and execute brand programs across retail, on‑premise, and community channels in British Columbia. This role requires strong relationship‑building skills, excellent execution, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Territory Management

  • Deliver distribution, display, pricing, and promotional targets
  • Secure new listings and execute merchandising standards
  • Identify growth opportunities through territory planning

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and on‑premise decision‑makers
  • Provide timely support and brand education
  • Act as a trusted advisor to trade partners

Brand Building

  • Execute tastings, events, and promotional activities
  • Increase brand visibility and consumer engagement
  • Monitor competitive activity and market trends

Reporting & Administration

  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and risks
  • Complete reporting, forecasting, and expense management
  • Ensure compliance with provincial and federal regulations

Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience
  • Territory management experience with proven results
  • Valid call 5 Driver’s License
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Preferred:

  • Beverage alcohol or CPG experience
  • Multi‑channel sales experience (retail + on‑premise)
  • Business, sales, or marketing education
  • Alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain)
