  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems and ways of working.
  • Analyse information and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and support business decision-making.
  • Create functional specifications, user stories, workflows and process maps.
  • Ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented and approved by stakeholders.
  • Act as a point of reference for queries relating to product development and implementation.
  • Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure resources are available for development and testing activities.
  • Support the adoption of new systems and processes through documentation, demonstrations and stakeholder engagement.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to successful project and product delivery.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across systems, products and processes.

What are we looking for?

  • High attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation and analysis.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and accessible language.
  • Proactive and collaborative mindset, with the confidence to work independently when required.
  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commercial awareness and a focus on improving business outcomes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships.

Experience & Qualifications:
