Senior Manager Property (UK Market)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Manager Property to remotely manage property sales, purchases, and rental operations across the UK. The role involves coordinating with clients, landlords, buyers, tenants, and local partners to ensure smooth property transactions and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end property transactions including buying, selling, and lettings in the UK market
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, solicitors, and local estate/letting agents
• Handle property listings on UK platforms (e.g., Rightmove, Zoopla) and ensure accurate, attractive listings.
• Conduct remote client consultations to understand property requirements and provide suitable options
• Coordinate property viewings through local representatives or partner agents
• Negotiate offers, tenancy terms, and agreements on behalf of clients
• Prepare and review documentation including offers, tenancy agreements, and contracts
• Monitor market trends, property values, and rental yields to provide informed advice
• Ensure compliance with UK property regulations and legal requirements
• Maintain CRM records, track leads, and manage client communication effectively
• Coordinate with property management teams for post-sale or rental support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business
• Proven experience in UK real estate / property market (sales and/or lettings)
• Strong understanding of UK property laws, tenancy regulations, and processes
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions remotely and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing platforms
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Requirements

• Prior experience working remotely with UK clients
• Familiarity with platforms like Rightmove, Zoopla, OnTheMarket
• Understanding of mortgage processes and property investment strategies
