Job description

We are looking for a skilled Architectural Revit Designer to support a dynamic, fast-paced team delivering high-quality built environment projects across Australia and New Zealand.

  • Provide architectural design and drafting support for a range of Australian and New Zealand projects.
  • Interpret sketches, markups, and design concepts to produce accurate, presentation-ready drawings and documentation.
  • Develop and coordinate architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed documentation for design and construction submissions.
  • Assist in preparing design presentation packs and tender submission documents, as required.
  • Contribute to interior design documentation and fit-out detailing, depending on project scope.
  • Apply a sound understanding of Australian building materials, construction methods, and documentation conventions.
  • Collaborate effectively with Australian team members, maintaining clear and responsive communication in a remote environment.
  • Support the design team from concept through to detailed documentation, commensurate with experience and skill level.
  • Ensure all work complies with Australian Building Codes and Standards and firm documentation protocols.
  • Other role specific duties as they arise.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in architectural design and/or construction documentation.
  • Experience working on Australian construction projects is required.
  • Must have proficiency in Autodesk Revit for documentation and coordination.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • Must have experience across commercial, multi-residential, or fit-out projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply Australian design standards, codes, and materials.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across time zones.
  • Registration (or progress toward registration) with an architectural board desirable but not essential.
