We are looking for a skilled Architectural Revit Designer to support a dynamic, fast-paced team delivering high-quality built environment projects across Australia and New Zealand.
- Provide architectural design and drafting support for a range of Australian and New Zealand projects.
- Interpret sketches, markups, and design concepts to produce accurate, presentation-ready drawings and documentation.
- Develop and coordinate architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed documentation for design and construction submissions.
- Assist in preparing design presentation packs and tender submission documents, as required.
- Contribute to interior design documentation and fit-out detailing, depending on project scope.
- Apply a sound understanding of Australian building materials, construction methods, and documentation conventions.
- Collaborate effectively with Australian team members, maintaining clear and responsive communication in a remote environment.
- Support the design team from concept through to detailed documentation, commensurate with experience and skill level.
- Ensure all work complies with Australian Building Codes and Standards and firm documentation protocols.
- Other role specific duties as they arise.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in architectural design and/or construction documentation.
- Experience working on Australian construction projects is required.
- Must have proficiency in Autodesk Revit for documentation and coordination.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- Must have experience across commercial, multi-residential, or fit-out projects.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply Australian design standards, codes, and materials.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, technical accuracy, and ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across time zones.
- Registration (or progress toward registration) with an architectural board desirable but not essential.
