The NRF Foundation shows job seekers how the retail brands they shop can become the places they work. Through our programs, people discover that retail is so much more than the parts they engage with as a customer. The foundational employability skills we provide help career advisors and education professionals spark interest in the retail industry, and ensure job seekers have the skills they need to succeed on day one. We provide more than $1 million in scholarships every year, connecting more than 80,000 learners and more than 3,700 educational and workforce partners with the retail industry. More than 300 retailers and industry partners support our work and help the NRF Foundation ensure that retailers have the quality talent they need for their stores, supply chain facilities and corporate offices.
The NRF Foundation is seeking an intern to support our Corporate Engagement team with planning and executing both virtual and in-person campus events, while also managing registration data collection and analysis and supporting the execution of campus sponsorship commitments. Additional responsibilities include supporting event logistics and assisting with donor stewardship for the Foundation’s annual Honors gala. In this role, the intern will engage with recruiters and leaders from dozens of retail brands including Macy’s, Walmart, AEO, DICK’S Sporting Goods, and many more. The role emphasizes detail-oriented project management, collaborative teamwork, and direct engagement with stakeholders to support the Foundation's initiatives effectively. Interested candidates should apply with a resume by July 17, 2026, to be considered.
