  • Drive rationalization and consolidation of the operations and go-to-market tool stack, tracking financial savings and the reduction in tool count.
  • Define and map the enterprise business process architecture, including detailed Level 3 and Level 4 processes, and establish the supporting taxonomy, standards, and governance.
  • Establish the unified account data strategy and a single customer view across brands.
  • Advance an AI-forward, standardized set of go-to-market tools and processes, and build adoption and excitement across the organization.
  • Establish executive alignment and a consistent operating and communication cadence across Operations.
  • Partner across functional operations leaders, systems and data teams, product partners, and central shared services to sequence initiatives with clear ownership and accountability.
  • Build performance visibility for the portfolio of programs, including savings, adoption, and delivery milestones.

  • Track record of standing up and leading enterprise programs, PMO, or portfolio governance that drive prioritization clarity, resource alignment, and on-time delivery of complex initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale systems and platform transformations, including tool rationalization and consolidation across a complex application landscape.
  • Experience defining process architecture and standardizing business processes across functions, with strong command of process decomposition and governance.
  • Experience driving account and data unification toward a single customer view and a consistent, trusted data model.
  • High degree of data fluency and an AI-forward mindset, with experience operationalizing AI, automation, and emerging technologies into measurable business impact.
  • Outstanding executive communication and change management skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive decisions in ambiguous environments.
