Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead customer workshops to understand business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Design and configure Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities, ensuring a configuration-first approach and alignment with Salesforce best practices.
  • Own functional workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, user stories, solution documentation, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Act as the trusted advisor between business stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring successful project execution, stakeholder alignment, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Support pre-sales activities, contribute to solution proposals, share industry best practices, and continuously improve delivery methodologies and reusable assets.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce Core Clouds and CRM transformation projects, ideally experience on Data 360 and Agentforce solutioning
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration (Flows, Security, Reports & Dashboards, Approval Processes, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
  • Salesforce certifications are an advantage.
