At Parexel, we are a leading Clinical Research Organization (CRO) company specializing in delivering life-changing medicines to patients. We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through onboarding coordination
  • Coordinate recruitment activities and maintain accurate candidate records in Work Day
  • Facilitate a seamless candidate experience through timely and professional communication
  • Prepare and process offer letters and employment documentation
  • Partner with candidates to guide them through offer and pre-employment processes
  • Manage background check initiation and review to ensure timely completion
  • Liaise between Recruiting and HR Operations to support smooth new hire transitions
  • Enable recruiter effectiveness by handling administrative and operational tasks

Additional Details

  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4 years of experience supporting recruitment or HR operations
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS tools
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance in Latin America
  • Experience supporting background check processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Exposure to clinical research or healthcare industries is a plus
