We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our design team and help shape the user experience of the mysdworx app. This is a mobile-first role, with the majority of your time focused on designing and refining native app experiences.

You will:

• Work closely with another designer on the app, collaborating on new features,user flows, visual design, design system evolution.

• Be part of a wider design community, partnering with designers across our web portal, other digital products, to ensure a cohesive experience across the SD Worx ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile App Design

• Design engaging and user-friendly experiences for the mysdworx app.

• Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, interactive prototypes.

• Translate complex HR processes into clear, intuitive mobile experiences.

• Design solutions that align with both user needs and business objectives.

UI Design & Visual Craft

• Create polished, visually engaging interfaces with strong attention to detail.

• Explore and communicate design concepts through high-quality visual design and prototyping.

• Contribute fresh ideas and inspirational design thinking that elevate the overall product experience.

• Ensure designs maintain a high standard of consistency,usability, visual excellence

Design System Contribution

• Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the mysdworx app design system.

• Help create and refine: reusable components, patterns, guidelines.

• Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure consistent implementation across the product.

User-Centered Design

• Use research insights, user feedback, analytics, usability findings
  to inform design decisions.

• Participate in: design reviews, testing sessions, iterative improvements.

• Continuously refine designs based on user and stakeholder feedback.

Collaboration

• Collaborate with teams across the wider product ecosystem when required.

• Present design work clearly and confidently, explaining rationale and recommendations.

• Contribute positively to a collaborative, feedback-driven design culture.

Continuous Learning & Innovation

• Stay up to date with emerging mobile design patterns, platform updates, accessibility standards, evolving UX/UI best practices.

• Bring inspiration, fresh ideas, and industry insights to the team.

• Help ensure the mysdworx app continues to evolve with changing user expectations and technology trends.

What we're looking for ?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI Design or Product Design.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating outstanding mobile app UI design and user experience work.

• Proven experience designing native mobile applications for iOS and Android.

• Excellent visual design skills, including layout, typography,hierarchy,spacing, colour and component design.

• Strong proficiency in Figma and experience working with established design systems.

• Experience creating: high-fidelity designs, prototypes, design specifications.

• Ability to balance creativity with practical product requirements.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Comfortable working as part of a multidisciplinary design team.

• Attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality user experiences.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing enterprise products, HR solutions, workforce management tools, SaaS products.

• Experience contributing to design systems at scale.
