How you will contribute
- Be a trusted partner for business representatives and stakeholders, collaborating closely to understand their needs and turning them into real added value for your data product;
- Clearly define and communicate the Product Goal, keeping everyone aligned and inspired;
- Lead the team to design and deliver the product roadmap, ensuring visibility and transparency at every step;
- Create and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value and regulatory requirements; confidently add or decline change requests that don’t fit the product vision;
- Oversee the product across its full lifecycle, actively engaging in planning sessions, refinements, reviews and retrospectives;
- Monitor product objectives through analytics and status reports, anticipating and addressing issues before they affect key results;
- Build trust and transparency by making the team’s progress and potential impediments visible, and work side-by-side with stakeholders to make the product shine;
- Act as a leader and role model — the team’s flag carrier and shield — creating the focus and space they need to excel.
What will help you be successful
- Bachelor's degree in economics, technical, mathematics or computer science;
- Good knowledge regarding banking products and processes. Minimum 2 years’ experience in banking;
- Good knowledge of Data Management and Data Warehouse software development implementation flow.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a collaborative environment, delivering data frameworks and BI solutions;
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in delivering complex projects in agile frameworks;
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills;
- Team player with leadership skills and great talent for motivating people and make them work on a common purpose.
