Job description

This is a remote position.

Superlanet is exclusively seeking an Epic Cadence & Prelude Analyst for a6-month contract opportunity (with the potential for extension or contract-to-hire) supporting a large-scale Epic implementation across multiple community health centers.

Candidates must reside on the East Coast and be available for monthly onsite travel.

The Epic Cadence & Prelude Analyst will be responsible for the design, build, optimization, testing, implementation, and support of Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Referrals & Authorization applications. This role partners closely with Patient Access, Revenue Cycle, and clinical operations teams to optimize scheduling, registration, and referral workflows while supporting a successful Epic implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Referrals & Authorization.
  • Support scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and referral workflows.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into Epic system build.
  • Participate in testing, upgrades, workflow validation, and go-live support.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders, clinical teams, and IT stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain system documentation and build specifications.

Qualifications

  • Epic certifications in Cadence, Prelude, and Referrals & Authorization (required).
  • 3+ years of Epic application build and support experience.
  • Strong knowledge of patient access, scheduling, registration, and referral workflows.
  • Experience supporting Epic implementations, optimizations, or Community Connect environments preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.


Benefits

Pay rate based on qualifications and experience $80.00-$90.00/hr


Salary: $80-90/hr
