As our footprint in Rwanda continues to grow, we're looking for an energetic, commercially driven Sales Lead to accelerate customer acquisition, strengthen community partnerships, and expand Mukuru's presence across the country.

You'll lead efforts to grow Mukuru's customer base by identifying and engaging new customers through community outreach, events, referrals, and digital channels. You'll play a key role in turning awareness into active, loyal users of the Mukuru platform.
Success in this role is built on relationships. You'll represent Mukuru at community events, universities, business forums, churches, and social gatherings, creating opportunities to connect with diverse communities and introduce them to our products and services.
You'll identify, recruit, onboard, and support agents across Kigali and key secondary cities, helping them succeed while maintaining high service standards and compliance requirements.
Working closely with banking and mobile money partners, you'll support joint activations, staff training, and customer education initiatives that increase visibility and drive adoption of Mukuru services.
You'll develop retention and re-engagement initiatives, proactively reconnecting with customers, managing key relationships, and gathering valuable feedback that helps improve our products and services.
You'll keep a pulse on the market, competitor activity, customer behaviour, and emerging opportunities, providing insights that help shape Mukuru's growth strategy in Rwanda.
