Role Overview

As an integral part of the US East Operating Unit finance team, this position will work closely with leadership by providing financial analysis, reporting and support in overall management of the business. 

 

Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership team with analysis of various lines of business and their performance including any special projects to identify and suggest areas of improvement
  • Provide tools and analysis to assist the Operating Unit and branches in managing the repair business
  • Support the branches in driving cash collections and billing discipline to improve working capital
  •  Work on management presentations for Operating Area and Operating Unit business reviews and weekly performance updates
  •  Provide branch offices with forecasting tools to prepare monthly forecasts. Analyze progress against forecast/plan through various business performance metrics and help drive performance
  • Focus on process improvements, including core business processes, reporting enhancements, and efficiency opportunities.
  • Work with branch leadership and sales organization to provide relevant data needed to drive results
  • Support the branches on ad hoc requests, including but not limited to SOX controls, audit reviews, cost transfers, FHR rates and other accounting matters.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  •   Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly develop relationships and partner with field operations and general managers
  •    Ability to proactively drive process improvement and interact with all levels within the organization
  •    Demonstrate effective communication skills that facilitates cross function interaction
  •    Proven ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated
  •   Demonstrate highest standards of accuracy and precision
  •     Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

 

Education:

  •     BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
  •     MBA a plus

 

Work Location:

  •  Flexible with remote option.  Must be willing to travel, as needed, to branches and offices within the Operating Unit

The salary range for this role is $116,000-$145,000.  Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
