Location: Midvale, UT

Contract

Pay: $40 - $45.50 DOE

Job Description:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting Commercial Lending transformation initiatives by researching, documenting, and validating business processes and controls. This role will work closely with business process owners to understand how project changes impact existing workflows and controls.

This position will focus on identifying and documenting current-state processes, maintaining control traceability, and ensuring all controls are properly validated before project releases and go-live. The Business Analyst will also partner with internal stakeholders and second-line of defense teams to support control reviews and sign-offs.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with multiple teams across the business. This role requires strong communication skills, technical understanding of systems and integrations, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 5-10 years of experience.

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Experience documenting business processes and controls

• Ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate across multiple teams

• Experience managing competing priorities and deadlines

• Strong Microsoft Office skills

• Technical understanding of systems, interfaces, and workflows

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Bonus/Soft Skills:

• Experience with controls validation or process mapping

• Experience in Commercial Lending environments

• Experience with nCino or other Loan Origination Systems

• Experience working with SOX or second line of defense teams
