Job description

Title: Guidewire Cloud Developer
Location: Sun Prairie, WI of NY (Remote Role)

Job Scope: Experience and other skills:

Design, configure, and implement solutions on Guidewire Cloud in alignment with business and technical requirements.
Develop and maintain Guidewire Configuration components including Gosu classes, PCF screens, entities, and business rules.
Implement and manage Guidewire Integrations using MuleSoft, ensuring seamless data exchange between Guidewire and external systems.
Collaborate with Solution Architects to design end-to-end integration patterns leveraging Guidewire Cloud APIs, MuleSoft APIs, and REST/SOAP services.
Develop and support custom UI components and portals using NodeJS and ReactJS to extend Guidewire functionality and improve user experience.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across the Guidewire Cloud ecosystem and connected systems.
Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing, and adherence to development best practices and Guidewire coding standards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Business Analysts, QA, Integration, and DevOps) to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
Proactively identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies during design and implementation.
Act as an individual contributor, driving technical discussions and decisions with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement by exploring and implementing new technologies, tools, and processes aligned with cloud and integration best practices.
