Job description

Title: GW Systems Analysts - Document Management Modernization
Location: Sun Prairie, WI of NY (Remote Role)
Visa: UCS/GC/Any Work Visa

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current document management processes to identify improvement areas.
  • Document requirements clearly for stakeholder approval.
  • Develop system design documents, including workflows and data models.
  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to design a solution aligned with business needs and technical standards.
  • Create detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Configure and customize the document management system.
  • Coordinate data migration from legacy systems.
  • Ensure integration with existing systems and applications.
  • Develop test plans and cases to ensure system requirements are met.
  • Conduct and coordinate unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Identify and resolve issues during testing.
  • Create and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and technical guides.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Implement and maintain security protocols for sensitive information.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure continued compliance and security.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback for improvement opportunities.
