As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Financial Operations& Administrative Analyst to support the company’s internal financialoperations, reporting processes, and administrative workflows.


This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working in a dynamic environment,combining financial organization, reporting, process coordination, andoperational support. We are looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented,highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple financial andadministrative tasks simultaneously.


DESCRIPTION

  • Supportday-to-day financial operations and administrative processes
  • Assist with internal financialreporting and operational controls
  • Maintain accurate financial records,documentation, and data organization
  • Support workflow coordination acrossfinance and administrative activities
  • Contribute to process improvementand organizational efficiency
  • Ensureaccuracy and consistency in financial documentation and communication

RESPONSABILITIES
  • Support finance-related operationalactivities, including invoicing, payments, payroll support, and expensetracking
  • Prepare and maintain financialreports, spreadsheets, and internal documentation
  • Organize and manage financial andadministrative data for reporting purposes
  • Coordinate with internal teams toensure smooth execution of financial and operational processes
  • Assist with reconciliations,financial controls, and administrative follow-ups
  • Help improve internal workflows,reporting structures, and data accessibility
  • Provide general administrative andoperational support to the finance team


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) /Proficient in English (both speaking and writing)
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Advanced proficiency in MicrosoftOffice, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic knowledge of accountingprinciples and financial statements

REQUIREMENTS
  • Previousexperience in finance operations, reporting, administrative support, orbackoffice roles
  • Strong attention to detail andorganizational skills
  • Ability to manage time effectivelyand meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, especially in financial contexts
  • Strong writing skills for financialand accounting documentation
  • Ability to work under pressure withnumerical data
  • Proactive mindset with strongownership and initiative
  • Adaptability in a fast-pacedenvironment
  • Flexible approach to managingdiverse financial tasks


DIFFERENTIALS

  • Experience with ERP systems orfinancial reporting tools
