Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:

As a Creative Designer, this role focuses on executing and adapting campaign assets across multiple platforms, ensuring high-quality, accurate, and scalable delivery. The position involves translating master creative concepts into various formats, including social media, digital display, motion graphics, OOH, and CRM assets. Responsibilities include resizing, versioning, and localizing creatives while maintaining strong attention to layout, typography, and brand consistency. The role also covers producing motion graphics, creating animation cutdowns, and supporting HTML5 banner production, all within structured workflows and naming conventions. Close collaboration with the Senior Creative Designer is essential, along with efficient campaign management, clear communication, and fast implementation of feedback to support overall team productivity.

What You’ll Do:

Campaign Production & Asset Execution

  • Adapt the master creative into:
  1. Social media (organic and paid, static and motion)
  2. Digital display (static and dynamic HTML5)
  3. Animation and motion cutdowns
  4. Digital & static OOH
  5. Email and CRM assets
  • Resize, version and localise campaign creative
  • Prepare files according to platform specifications
  • Ensure accuracy across typography, spacing, layout and brand application

Motion & Dynamic Creative

  • Produce simple to mid-level motion graphics
  • Adapt supplied animation files into multiple cutdowns
  • HTML5 banner builds
  • Follow structured file setups and naming conventions

Workflow & Collaboration

  • Work within defined production workflows
  • Manage your time across multiple live campaigns
  • Communicate clearly with the Senior Creative Designer
  • Take feedback constructively and implement revisions quickly
  • Support team efficiency through organised file management

Execution Excellence

  • Follow creative direction and written briefs accurately, ensuring work aligns with the intended concept and requirements.
  • Read and interpret briefs carefully, asking questions early if anything is unclear rather than making assumptions.
  • Consistently deliver work that is complete, accurate, and ready for review with minimal rework.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail across layouts, typography, spacing, imagery, animation, file naming, and export specifications.
  • Self-review all work before submission to ensure it meets the brief, technical specifications, and quality standards.
  • Take ownership of quality control, identifying and resolving issues before assets are handed over or delivered to clients.

Requirements

Must-have Skills/Qualification:

  • Comfortable with this role being a contract role (6-12 months)
  • 4+ years’ experience in digital design or motion.
  • Experience working in Gaming, Sports Betting, or Casino industries (Advantageous).
  • Strong experience executing campaign assets across social and display
  • Understanding of digital ad specifications and export requirements
  • Strong layout and typography fundamentals
  • High attention to detail and structured working style
  • Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects and Figma.
  • HTML5 banner production
  • Have a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, campaign executions, and digital ad assets.
  • Candidate must have their own equipment (Laptop).

Bonus If You Have:

  • Experience working with international creative teams.
  • Experience setting up offshore production teams.
  • Familiarity with ad-serving platforms and performance-driven creative.
