Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to support Research recruitment across Mass General Brigham. This is an exciting opportunity to partner with innovative research leaders and play a key role in attracting top talent that advances critical scientific and clinical work.

In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, including research administrators, principal investigators and business leaders, while leading full-cycle recruitment efforts from sourcing through offer acceptance.


Key Responsibilities Include:

-Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on hiring strategy, market conditions, and talent trends.
-Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
-Represent the organization in the external market, promoting our employer brand and engaging top talent.
-Identify and escalate challenges related to role competitiveness, compensation or market dynamics to leadership.
-Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
-Attend career fairs and recruitment events to strengthen outreach and engagement efforts.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field of study required. Experience in lieu of a degree can be accepted.

  • 2+ years recruitment experience in a corporate or agency environment required.

- Excellent written, verbal communications listening, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and negotiate to provide counsel advice.
- Ability to work independently, proactively, multitask and prioritize work.
- Business acumen and political savvy.
- Demonstrated ability to use talent management and other relevant systems.
- Successful demonstrated experience and skill in setting a talent strategy, including ability to build diverse applicant pipelines.
- Understanding of employment law.
- Ability to demonstrate behaviorally-based interview techniques and strong candidate assessment skills.

Schedule and Work Model

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday, standard business hours.

  • Remote / Work from Home with flexibility to attend occasional on-site meetings and career fairs in the Boston, MA area.

  • On remote workdays, employees must use a stable, secure, and compliant workstation in a quiet environment. Teams Video is required and must be accessed using MGB-provided equipment.
