Job Description:

8 hour shifts 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Fridayu5:p<o:p>

Call is 30 minutes to arrive to facility, once individual

receives the call from Supervisor that they are needed to come in.u5:p<o:p>

Occasional Weekday Call Monday through Friday (Call 3:30pm

to 7:00am following day)u5:p<o:p>

Occasional Weekday Star Monday through Friday (Star 3:30pm

to 6:30pm or till 2nd room comes down)u5:p<o:p>

Occasional Weekend Call (Friday 3:30pm to Saturday7:00am,

Saturday 7:00am to Sunday 7:00am, and Sunday 7:00am to Monday 7:00am)u5:p<o:p>
