Role Overview:

The Data Science team in our client is responsible for the application of cutting edge AI and ML algorithms supporting not only company's clients by providing proper segmentation, care and offers but also the entire organization through providing data centric insight and solutions for internal processes. 

The successful candidate will have the unique opportunity to work with the cutting edge LLM ecosystem and implement Natural Language solutions in Bulgarian. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of cutting edge AI solutions
• Mentor the team members on best practices and managing their work
• Understand and advise on strategic and architectural levels
• Provide data driven thinking throughout the organization
• Implement and improve data science algorithms for business use cases
• Drive the Data Science Roadmap and liaise between technology, business, and privacy
• Drive best in class processes in data modelling and data governance
• Ensure effective stakeholder engagement and communications
• Adhere to timelines for initiatives and alert executives of any red flags
• Support company's business initiatives with a data centric approach
• Implement and monitor various internal and external chatbots

Requirements:

• Extensive Data Science Experience: Proven track record as a Data Scientist.
• Programming Proficiency: Demonstrated programming experience with Python.
• Expert in Python for Data Science: In-depth knowledge of Python libraries such as: Pandas, NumPy, Keras, nltk, scikit-learn, PyTorch, huggingface, and langchain.
• Natural Language Processing Specialist: Comprehensive understanding of NLP principles and techniques.
• Statistical and Modelling Competence: Solid grasp of fundamental statistical concepts and modelling techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, time series modelling, forecasting, segmentation, distributions, and significance tests.
• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex business cases and find optimal solutions. Preferable people management experience.
• Curious Learner and Innovator: Driven by a strong desire to develop and learn, with an inquisitive nature that fuels continuous improvement.
• Collaborative Team Player: Excels in team environments, fostering cooperation and synergy.
• Essential Language Skills: Proficiency in English is mandatory.
