About the role:

Reporting to the Vice President of Professional Services, as a Senior Project Delivery

Manager, you will lead the implementation of the Retalon solution, in collaboration with our

clients & Retalon team. Your job is to plan, budget, oversee and document all aspects of the

projects you are working on. You will work closely with upper management as well as with

different departments to make sure that the scope and direction of each project are clear, and

the teams are on-track. Your main goal is to ensure that the project is completed on time and

within the set budget.

Responsibilities:

• Planning project resources

• Project plans and documentation

• Implementation timelines and milestones

• Project status, resource availability, and delivery timeline

• Project flow communication

• Progress monitoring

• Management of Issues and Risk with appropriate mitigations in place

• Organising, planning, preparing, and conducting meetings; preparing meeting minutes

• Communicating with Retalon customer on Project related activities

• Ensure all the roles for each project are assigned

• Identify & track the critical path

• Ensure that red flags are removed or brough to the attention of Account Executives or

upper management

• Establish credible relationships with customers

Qualifications:

You’re a fit for this role if you:

• Have experience in the retail space and/or technology implementation

• Post secondary education

• Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent

• Agile/Scrum Certification

• Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Project Manager

• Hands-on knowledge of MS Project/Jira

• Outstanding organizational skills
