Location: Malviya Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan
Work Mode: Work From Office OR Work From Home

Internship Type: Performance-Based Internship
Duration: Minimum 6 Months (Extendable based on performance)

About Pranam Recruiters

Pranam Recruiters, a unit of 7P Promotions & Education Services Private Limited, is building a network of future Recruitment Partners. This internship is designed for individuals who want to build a long-term career in recruitment, client management, and business development.

Unlike a traditional internship, participants work on live recruitment assignments, receive practical training, and have the opportunity to progress into an independent Recruitment Partner.

Internship Objective:
To develop future Recruitment Partners capable of independently managing recruitment assignments, candidates, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand client hiring requirements.
  • Source and screen candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls.
  • Coordinate interviews.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines.
  • Follow up with candidates until joining.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and ATS records.
  • Assist in business development activities.
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Learn the complete recruitment life cycle.

  • HSC pass. English OR Hindi is required.

Subject to applicable policies:

  • Working Days: 6 Days per Week, Sunday – Weekly Off
  • Office Hours: 9am to 6pm.
  • Holidays: 4 National Holidays, 4 State/Bank Holidays per year
