Manager, Sales

Job Description:

Arrow Electronics Australia is now searching for a Sales Manager based in Sydney.  The Sales Manager will lead a sales team and work closely with other departments to drive business growth.  This will be an excellent opportunity to join the management team of a leading electronic component distributor.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Responsible for budgeting, planning, performance and results of the team.
  • Sets goals and strategies to achieve short-term and long-term business objectives.
  • Develops customer strategies to drive business growth.
  • Develops strong relationship with customers and suppliers.
  • Creates initiatives to drive business success.
  • Monitors activities, progress and outcomes.
  • Reviews Business performance.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven record of management experience.
  • Clear and effective communication.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Good business knowledge and negotiation skills.
  • Effectively prioritise and multitask for a fast-paced environment.  
  • Work within deadlines
  • Solid skills in Salesforce, Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
  • Degree holder with a minimum 8 years’ experience
  • Previous sales experience in the electronics industry will be highly regarded and is desirable.
