We are hiring a Sr. Business & Cyber Analyst.
In this role, you will support modernization initiatives across the enterprise Business and Cyber Resilience Program advancing the organization’s ability to address both traditional disruptions and evolving cyber threats. This includes helping transition from conventional business continuity planning (e.g., weather and facility disruptions) to integrated, cyber-resilient recovery models designed for today’s threat landscape (e.g., ransomware and other highly disruptive cyber events).
You’ll support and lead efforts within the resilience lifecycle, including cyber-informed Business Impact Analyses (BIAs), risk assessments, recovery strategy development, and resilience testing across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring deep enterprise continuity and resilience lifecycle planning experience and a strong cyber resilience foundation. Prior experience leading tabletop tests, BIAs and enterprise-scale risk assessments is a must.
You will be a strong candidate for this role if you have experience building and evolving business continuity/disaster recovery programs toward cyber-resilience, leading tabletop and technical recovery exercises, and building clear, actionable standards that business and technical teams can follow, particularly within a healthcare domain.
Note:
· There is an on-call rotation that lasts for one week, approximately every 5 weeks.
· Must work Eastern Standard hours.
· Sponsorship is not available for this role.
· While this is a fully remote role, the final round of interviews will occur onsite in our Chattanooga, TN office.
