IRT Systems Manager
The IRT Systems Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) solutions supporting global clinical trials. The role serves as the primary liaison between DigitalX, Clinical Operations, Clinical Supply, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support of IRT platforms.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage IRT platform delivery across assigned studies.
- Partner with study teams to define business and system requirements.
- Coordinate vendor activities, timelines, testing, and releases.
- Support study startup, maintenance, amendments, and closeout.
- Resolve system issues and manage change requests.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
- Drive platform improvements and process standardization.
- Provide cross-functional leadership across business and technology teams
