Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Experimentation & Optimization (Remote, USA)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in experimentation, data-driven product development, and optimization at enterprise scale. The ideal candidate will lead experimentation strategy, establish best practices, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive measurable business outcomes through rigorous testing and analysis.
This role requires deep expertise in modern experimentation platforms, statistical methodologies, and product analytics, along with the ability to translate complex experimental results into actionable product decisions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the product experimentation strategy across digital products and platforms.
  • Design, prioritize, and manage experimentation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of experiments to validate product hypotheses and optimize user experiences.
  • Establish and scale experimentation frameworks, governance models, and best practices across product teams.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of experiment results, identify key insights, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, Analytics, UX, and Product teams to implement and evaluate experiments.
  • Ensure experimentation programs follow sound statistical principles and deliver reliable, actionable outcomes.
  • Monitor experimentation performance, communicate findings to stakeholders, and influence product strategy through evidence-based decision-making.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement across the organization.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management with a strong focus on experimentation, optimization, and data-driven product development.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise experimentation platforms such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, Statsig, or similar solutions.
  • Strong understanding of experimentation methodologies, including:
    • A/B Testing
    • Multivariate Testing
    • Holdout Testing
    • Sequential Testing
  • Solid knowledge of statistical concepts, including:
    • Statistical significance
    • Sample size estimation
    • Bias and variance analysis
    • Experiment design and interpretation
  • Proven ability to analyze experimental data and translate findings into strategic business recommendations.
  • Experience developing and scaling experimentation frameworks, governance processes, and operational best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working in Agile product development environments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in large-scale technology, digital product, Saauser-facing platforms.
  • Background in high-growth technology organizations or large enterprise retail/eCommerce environments.
  • Experience partnering with AI/ML, Data Science, and Analytics teams to deliver data-informed product innovations.
  • Familiarity with modern product analytics and experimentation ecosystems.
